I thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. Location: the property was near Qusar, very center of Qusar, and the coffee shop. It also was in the middle of jackson. I booked a double room, it was comfy. The staff was excellent co-operating, as for 4-stars hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Zamzam Family! The location was perfect, situated between Quba and Shahdag. We loved the convenience of having restaurants and a supermarket close by. The spacious family room had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view. The atmosphere both inside and outside of the hotel was simply wonderful. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the style of the room added to the cozy feel. Daily local breakfast included boiled eggs, cheese, preserved fruits, bread slices, and tea. The staff at the reception were really accommodating and always ready to assist. Despite not having a telephone in the room, the staff made it easy to communicate by helping us with any requests at the reception. Though there was no Wi-Fi in the room, the reception area provided access. The staff even carried our luggage up to the room since there was no elevator. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was great, situated between two popular tourist destinations and with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The family room we stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with a stunning view. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful reception staff who were accommodating with our luggage.

The bathroom had a persistent bad smell and there was no small fridge in the room. there was no daily housekeeping service unless requested, and they didn't clean the room when we asked them to.
